Arborist Research 1

I am about to start designing a new identity for a arborist on the Isle of Man. The identity needs to be professional and be produced in a high end print finish.
The examples below give me inspiration to add image and illustration into the design. What i need to consider is producing a logo which can be used across a range of media including, business cards, compliment slips, letterheads, web and on company vehichles.
Belows examples use both type and image and are very affective in their delivery. Both examples have very clear and legiable type and would be okay to be used across all media's.
